How-to: Save Storage Resources in Datameer

By on June 20, 2014

Sometimes it’s not necessary to store all of your data in Datameer to calculate a specific output for an export job. For these cases, you can configure an export-only workbook to help save storage resources.

For this week’s Favorite Feature Friday, I’d like to show you how to save storage resources by working with workbooks only for data export purposes. To give real-world content, I’ve prepared two import jobs with different information about friends on Facebook. The goal is to store mutual friends in an external MySQL database.

To see how I create an export-only workbook, tune in to the below video. Have a great weekend!
