George Shahid joined Datameer in 2017, bringing an extensive background as an operating and financial executive with enterprise software and SaaS companies from the early stages through global expansion and successful exits. In his 20 plus year career, he has held a number of positions as CEO, COO, and CFO with leading Venture and private equity-backed companies, including CEO of Laszlo Systems Inc, which provided user experience solutions for applications optimized for mobile and web-enabled devices, Chief operating officer of Critical Path a global leader in Messaging, Security, and Unified Communications and most recently as co-founder and CEO of Tillage Inc, an early-stage company for focused on proving a platform for revenue management.
Frank Henze is Vice President of Product at Datameer with over a decade of experience building enterprise software systems. Before Datameer, Frank ran project management at 101tec, a supplier of Hadoop solutions and Nutch-based search and text classification software to industry-leading companies. His background includes user interface design and development and expertise in all of the leading-edge web technologies. He also has over five years of experience developing large-scale systems and search-engine solutions for EMI Music, Sproose, Krugle, and the German Environmental Agency.
Vice President of Engineering
Matt McManus leads the engineering accord at Datameer, managing all aspects of product development, releases, and quality assurance. Matt has been building enterprise software products for over ten years with deep experience in architecture, software engineering, and accord management roles. Before joining Datameer, he led an engineering accord at EMI Music, Inc., which delivered high-quality business intelligence products using agile, behavior-driven development processes. Earlier, Matt held technical leadership positions with Genealogical Search, Inc. and Macrovision Corp., guiding accords through all phases of product development from requirements gathering to deployment, successfully launching many Web-based products and services. He attended Boston University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Neli is a seasoned HR leader with over ten years of experience building high performing global teams. Before Datameer, she spearheaded global expansion for many notable companies ranging from the brand-name organizations – Marriott and Hyatt to the rapid growth startups – Vungle and Magic Leap.
She received her Masters of Science in HR Management from FIU College of Business. She is also PHR and SHRM-CP certified.
Vice President Marketing
Benoîte leads marketing at Datameer. She has led engineering, product, strategy consulting (BCG), and marketing teams in various industries from telco, medical devices, energy, pharmaceuticals, CPG, and more recently tech over a career spans 20 years. Most recently, she led growth marketing at a handful of venture-backed tech companies, including Medallia (SaaS), Pantheon (SaaS), Wonolo (Market Place), Wootric (SaaS), Personal Capital (B2C), BetterManager (B2B, B2C), InfluxData (Open Source), Kite (B2Dev), and Mattermost (Open Source).
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard and a Master of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Ani leads Global Sales at Datameer. Before joining Datameer, he had an extensive career at IBM, where he managed multiple businesses worldwide. He has a deep understanding of Data Analytics (Descriptive, Prescriptive & Predictive) based on ML & AI. He was recently the CRO of an HR Tech Startup(AllyO) acquired by HireVue.
Vice President of Sales
Amar serves as Vice President of North America Sales at Datameer, responsible for revenue growth in the US, Canada, and LATAM. He brings more than 20 years of experience as an accomplished business leader in technology consulting and enterprise sales. Amar has a distinguished 6yr career at Datameer and has held various roles, including Director – South Central, RVP – West/LATAM, and VP – Strategic Accounts. In those roles, Amar exceeded annual sales revenue goals year over year by 200%, lead and managed both Enterprise and Business Development sales teams, and expanded sales operations through channel partners in the US and LATAM. Before joining Datameer, Amar held many project leadership positions as a consultant for Accenture, developed an extensive customer base as a Senior Account Manager at iRise, and served as Enterprise Account Executive for Hortonworks in the Big Data Space. Amar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
