How to insert a simple text box into a Tableau worksheet?

Adding text to the worksheet is not possible as it is used in most cases on the Dashboard. Ultimately, a result is expected in which there is a visual element displaying arbitrary text. To implement this, you can perform the following steps:

If you already have a developed dashboard and you need to add arbitrary text, then you can click on the text widget as shown in the image:
