Before Datameer, Stefan was the co-founder and CEO of Scale Unlimited, a leading provider of educational and consulting services for Hadoop and related technologies with proven success in companies such as HP, Sun, Apple, Deutsche Telekom and Nokia. Earlier, Stefan was CEO of 101tec, a supplier of Hadoop and Nutch-based search and text classification software to industry-leading companies such as DHL and EMI Music. Stefan has also served as CTO at Thinglink, a developer of social objects used in social interaction design, as well as at Sproose, a social search engine company.

Prior to Datameer, Frank ran project management at 101tec, a supplier of Hadoop solutions and Nutch-based search and text classification software to industry-leading companies. His background includes user interface design and development as well as expertise in all of the leading-edge web technologies. He also has over five years experience in development of large-scale systems and search engine solutions for companies such as EMI Music, Sproose, Krugle and the German Environmental Agency.

Prior to Datameer, Peter consulted on a number of big data business intelligence projects with companies such as EMI Music and Krugle. Earlier, he was architect and developer for Deutsche Post and their ePost project, a distributed production system that processed more than 1 billion letters per year. Peter studied biology and has a Diplom (Masters) in biochemistry and bioinformatics from the University of Köln.

Prior to Datameer, he served as the vice president of product marketing at open source BI leader Pentaho as well as vice president of marketing at compliance and risk management solutions provider Trintech, having joined Trintech as part of its acquisition of Movaris in 2008. Nicholson also served as vice president of marketing and business development at DecisionPoint Software that was acquired by Teradata and served as vice president of platform marketing at Informatica. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years focused on geographic information systems software with companies such as Autodesk and Strategic Mapping.

Prior to Datameer, Mr. Fullerton served as Director of Global Services at IDBS, an enterprise data management and analytics solutions provider to the life sciences industry. Previous to IDBS, Fullerton served in a variety of senior management roles in professional services and customer support at companies including Movaris, Hewlett Packard, Sherpa and Documentum.

Prior to Datameer, Tom was Controller of Polaris Wireless, a leader in providing software based location systems to wireless operators. Previously, he was Director of Finance of Apptera Inc., a pioneer in voice applications and advertising, where he provided leadership in all areas of financial operations and helped the company close several rounds of venture funding. Prior to Apptera, Tom was VP Finance of SS8 Networks, a manufacturer of signaling servers for IP telephony, and VP Finance and Controller of IMX Exchange, the operator of an Internet commerce site for wholesale residential mortgages. He has an undergraduate degree and an MBA From Stanford University.

Prior to Datameer, Cathy had held multiple roles at enterprise software companies and startups, including Senior Business Value Sales and Product Marketing Manager at Symantec, and Data Management Software Sales Executive at IBM. Early in her career, Cathy was a microprocessor design engineer and holds a patent for logic design in Niagara II, the SUN/Oracle flagship high-performance microprocessor. Cathy holds a MS/BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as an MBA and MS in Engineering Systems from MIT.

Prior to Datameer, Alex was a data warehouse specialist at Charles Schwab. He has extensive business intelligence background across multiple platforms and technologies addressing many different use cases including transactional data, web traffic, social media and banking. His most meaningful work has been finding correlations in data about consumers in large volumes of data. Before Charles Schwab, he was a technical analyst at Bank of America and a technical architect at Xerox. He has a Master of Science degree in Software Development and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
