How-to: Import Data into Datameer Using Twitter’s Rest API

By on May 29, 2014

Twitter is a treasure trove of information. People are constantly tweeting about what they like, or don’t like, what they want to buy, or recommend against buying. A blog post I read recently says it best, “Twitter allows regular people to announce anything, anytime, anywhere to anyone.”

Along those lines, I thought I would share for this week’s Favorite Feature Friday, Datameer’s Twitter Rest API function that allows users to import current data from Twitter along a myriad of parameters (you can find out more on the Twitter Resource Rest API website).

This is really helpful to find out what people are saying about your product/company and ultimately, how you can influence them to either become customers or continue their journey as a repeat customer.

Watch my full tutorial below for the details and of course, be sure to download your free Datameer trial to try it out yourself.
